• Job Description

  ・Register the products as LOA[Letter of Authority]
  ・Import/ Export Customs Clearance (Create, confirm, and review Import declaration data）
  ・Attend Customs Inspections
  ・Responding to instructions from domestic and foreign
  ・Progress management and education of shared service center
  ・Download shipment data and distribute to each section
  
  ・Leads communications within the Shipping/Receiving area.
  ・Arrangements and coordination of incoming and outgoing logistics for PEZA industrial zones
  ・Preparation and issuance of documents necessary for import and export (P/L, B/L, INVOICE, Air Way Bill, etc.)
  ・Schedules and Coordinates both Domestic and International freight forwarder transactions.
  ・Maintains Shipping records， including providing tracking or shipping history information to customers on request.
  ・Review outstanding customer orders and coordinate with various departments to efficiently meet customer requested shipping dates.
  ・Maintain knowledge of current international import/export regulatory requirements. Update applicable standard operating procedures as necessary.
  ・Coordinate the shipping of freight by contacting appropriate freight carriers.
