  • Job Description

     Managing manpower alignment base on production volume.
     Ensure production targets are being achieve in a daily basis such as, machine
    efficiency, Quality, Productivity, Cost improvement.
     Conduct counseling of operators and leaders thru the use of Soft Skills.
     Do reporting and presentation to the team and management.
     Guide members and ensure involvement in all company projects such as 5S, Safety.
     Conduct budget allocation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Graduate of any course of Engineering.
    2. At least 1 years of related work experience in the same field in a manufacturing set-up.
    3. Applicant who has a challenging spirit type of personality and is able to perform multi-tasking.
    4.Experienced in DVD player manufacturing company preferred.
