  • Job Description

    VIP HOST
    • Responsible for tending to the needs of company’s very important clients.
    • The VIP Host role also includes building customer loyalty and good will on behalf of her company; and ultimately, his duties will help the organization increase in revenue generation and beneficial connections.
    • He makes VIP clients/Business Partners or Guests feel welcomed and comfortable, leading to the client taking more interest in the organization. He is required to improve on customer satisfaction.
    • He is the first contact the client makes with the organization; therefore, He is expected to greet them warmly as they come in and also to escort them to the specific department of the organization where they want to visit.
    • Provide clients with rather personal attention to ensure they have the best of the amenities and satisfactions the organization has to offer.
    • Liaise with the reporting supervisor, and also provide the later with detailed report about events and activities
    • He will Prepare Itinerary for VIP clients/Business Partners or Guests and accompany them both in International and Domestic Travels 

    PUBLIC RELATIONS
    • Plan, develop and implement PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
    • Liaising with, and answering inquiries from media, individuals and other organisations.
    • Maintaining and updating information on the organisation’s website.
    • Providing clients with information about the current PR campaigns progress.
    • Serve as official representative spokesperson for the institution in disseminating information about programs, plans, events and activities.
    • Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook.
    • Managing the PR aspect of potential crisis situation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Must be from HK, Macau, Malaysia, or China

    ⎫ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or International Studies.
    ⎫ Mandarin speaking and reading.
    ⎫ Preferably with background in Airline, International Hotel/Restaurant or any related customer service-oriented industries.
    ⎫ Preferably someone with notable connections or experience with any top-notch tourist hub, establishments (Hotel, Resorts and Casino Mall) and destination in the country.
    ⎫ At least 1 to 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
