  • Job Description

    The Remedial Officer is responsible in repackaging/restructuring the Company's non-performing accounts including reducing, recovery and foreclosure of assets and equipment.

    <RESPONSIBILITIES>
    1. Recommend restructuring, repackaging or repayment plan on past due and non-performing accounts.
    2. Prepares credit proposals, management, internal and external reports.
    3. Negotiates and prepares letter to borrowers on repayment or compromise proposal.
    4. Endorsed accounts to Legal Department for appropriate filing of legal action.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1.Education:
    College Degree preferably a graduate of Economics or Business Course

    2.Experience:
    With at least 2 years of Account Servicing
    3.Knowledge/Skills:
    a.Relevant experience in credit, loans and rental services.
    b.Proficient in oral and written communication, particularly on report writing,
    c.Knowledge of basic computer application such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and
    Microsoft PowerPoint
    d.Good customer relationship
    e.Can work independently and with minimum supervision
