• Job Description

  • Responsible for the Manufacturing and/or assembly of components or machines veing made into finished goods within the business unit form specific production line(s).
  • Able to performs visual inspections of assemblies and to maintain accurate job tracking records.
  • Determining, negotiating, and agreeing on in-house quaity procedures, standards and specifications.
  • assessing costumer requirements and assuring that these are met .
  • setting customer service standards. • Specifying quality requirements of the raw materials with suppliers.
  • Investigating and setting standards for quality, health and safety.
  • Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both National and International level.
  • Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.
  • Interacts with engineering, maintenance, Validation, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Materials Management Group.
  • Writing management and technical reports and customers’ charters.
  • Maintain overall organization responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related manufacturing legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable. e.g. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Best Practice Guidelines, ISO Certification.
  • Give general and specific direction to Supervisor in order to meet the short-term and long-term goals.
  • Determining training needs.
