  • Job Description

    -Import Operations Assistant must be well-versed in supply management principles, practices and Customs regulations
    -Responsible for arranging the Customs releasing and delivery of import shipments.
    -Handles day to day function such as shipment documentation, scheduling of release and delivery, monitoring and coordination.
    -Responding immediately to customer queries and complaints.
    -Prepares monthly volume reports accurately.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's Degree Holder (Customs Admin. is advantage)
    - At least 3 years experience in Import/Export Operation and related function
    - Good written and oral communication skill
    - Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment
    - Ability to perform routine, repetitive task accurately.
    - Computer literate - MS Office
    - Possess understanding or willingness to learn
    - Ability to work effectively as a member of a team, establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other members.
