  • Job Description

    1. Conducting site survey, network investigation and recommendation
    2. Coordination with stakeholders to meet target schedules.
    3. Collaboration with other teams to fasten creation of proposals and project completion.
    4. Creating high level and low-level design
    5. Functionality checking of equipment before implementation.
    6. Equipment set-up including rack mounting and configuration.
    7. Provides timely reporting of project status to steak holders.
    8. Providing basic knowledge transfer to internal and external team for deployed system.
    9. Creating maintenance documents for completed projects.
    10. Coordination with KDDI Philippines ICT team for issue resolution.
    11. Coordination with customers, vendors, third party providers and ISP’s.
    12. Coordination with other subsidiaries for overseas projects and/or circuit testing other duties
    assigned by customer.
    13. Required to work in customers’ head office in Canlubang Laguna (onsite) from Mondays thru
    Fridays (8hours)
    14. Required to report in KDDI PH office if there is local or customer special holidays.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and other computer-related/equivalent
    courses.
    2. At-least five (5) years of experience in Information Technology Industry.
    3. Should have certifications or training with CCNA/CCNP, Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco and
    the like), Wireless LAN Controllers
    4. Understands Business operations, IT Solutions and Services and Customer Service
    5. Knowledgeable in basic network structure (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
    6. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
    7. Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
    8. Ability to handle multiple, complex, task concurrently to accomplish goals.
    9. Ability to show attention to detail and to work in a fast-paced team environment.
    10. Analytical, detail, and service oriented.
    11. Ability to leverage available tools for project deployment, site survey, troubleshooting and the
    like.
    12. Ability to gauge risks of planned activities to minimize issue and downtime.
    13. Good communication skills.
