    <Responsible>
    ●Product Listing: Create and maintain an online store by uploading Jewelries, Luxury bags etc information and prices.
    ●Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of products.
    ●Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide purchase assistance. Communication with customers will be in English, while interactions with Japanese Manager and instructions from headquarters will be in Japanese.
    ●Logistics and Shipping: Manage the logistics and arrange shipments for prompt delivery of products.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    ●Must speak Japanese N3 level or above.
    ●Good English and Japanese communication skills
    ●Have interest with Jewelries, Luxury items such as bags ,watches etc.)
    ●Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, always provides information in an efficient and accurate manner

    <PREFER>
    ●Have experience in Japanese company
