• Job Description

  • Manages inventory levels between warehouse and units, by consistently conducting physical counts.
  • Ensures processes and procedures comply with the company and legal guidelines.
  • Keep the warehouse neat and well organized.
  • Conduct employee observations to ensure safety guidelines are being met consistently.
  • Ensure the training and certification for employees given specialized job assignments such as receiving.
  • Quality experience including reporting incidents, errors and implementing corrective actions.
  • Apply sound communication and motivational techniques in leading, coaching and developing employees.
  • Managing the inventory in the warehouse by completing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, performing stock adjustments and stock transfers.
  • Coordinate activities of associates in the packaging and labeling processes in an effective and efficient manner to satisfy internal and external service.
  • Oversee the receiving and unloading process for deliveries.
  • Oversee the loading of products.
  • Maintains daily workflow for delivery orders.
  • Ensures operational procedures are followed for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing deliveries, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.
  • Make recommendations for improvement to procedures
  • Check delivery and status
  • Make daily and weekly Reports.
  • Responsible for all departmental warehouse operations
  • Directly supervise all shift management and supervisory staff.
  • Manage warehouse distribution systems and processes.
  • Checking leaders tasks.
  • Knowledgeable information should be needed in case of an emergency like fire, gas leak, and accident inside of company premises.
  • Knowledgeable about food safety standards and hygiene control.
  • Knowledgeable on proper using and keeping of equipment used.
  • Responsible for keeping of confidential information.
