Job Description
We’re seeking Engineering Manager candidates because we believe it's important for the person in this role to first become involved in the service and development process as an engineer within the team, deepening their understanding. We hope for you to take on management duties after you become familiar with the organization and its operations.
Specific responsibilities
Manage a development team
Manage 1–3 small teams of ~5 members
People management of engineers
Support growth through goal setting, team assignment, 1-on-1s, etc.
Identify and resolve organizational issues
Identify and resolve both known and yet-unidentified organizational issues
Development Environment
Frontend: TypeScript, React
BFF: TypeScript、Express
Serverside: Kotlin、Ktor
Database: PostgreSQL
Code Management: GitHub
Infrastructure: GCP(App Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Tasks etc.)

Can balance business and technology and commit to the business' and engineers’ growth
Can identify organizational issues and work autonomously toward resolving them
Can take a supportive leadership role and build a self-organized team
Can take responsibility and grow in any way necessary for self- and organizational development
Qualifications
Requirement
-At least 3 years Experience in web app development
-At least 8 Years Experience managing a development organization
-*At least 5 years of combined experience from the above two Preferred Qualifications
-Agile and/or Scrum team management experience
-Experience training engineers
-Experience teaching, coaching, and providing feedback to engineers
-Experience improving a development organization’s performance
-Experience hiring for and evaluating a development organizationEnglish Level
