• Job Description

  The Project Development Associate assists his/her Project Development Head and team in overseeing project
  profitability and managing the full cycle of the project development process, including feasibility studies,
  project design & planning, project launch & implementa on, turnover to clients and set-up of property
  management operations.
  
  ・Assist the PD Head to set, monitor and coordinate the fulfillment of development schedules
  and milestones
  ・Conducts competitor scan and market research and studies
  ・Study and recommend sales strategies and develops pricing, payment terms, promo terms, special discounts, etc. for PD Head review and approval
  ・Prepares special payment term requests for buyers
  ・Works with the team to ensure that all permits and requirements are complete for pre-launch, launch and turnover of the project
