Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing financial forecasts and budgets to support business planning.
2. Budget Management:
• Support the budgeting process by collecting and analyzing financial data.
• Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
3. Accounting and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and regulatory filings.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
4. Financial Systems and Processes:
• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and controls.
• Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of financial procedures and policies.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
• Provide guidance and support to finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; Must be CPA
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, tax compliance, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.English Level
