    ● Development and implementation of management plans together with management and
    technical teams,
    ● Overall sales management (sales, HR, consulting, projects, PR and marketing, etc.) + sales
    acitivites
    ● Approaching both large and start-up companies, with a focus on Philippines-based
    companies.
    ● Planning and execution of seminars and events involving Google, partner companies,
    associations and incubation spaces
    ● Support and lead the prospect proposals aligning with the technical team members.
    ● Beresponsible for establishing and building strategic relationships with prospective, new
    and existing clients and for aiming to close the deals.
    ● Working closely with the delivery team, take ownership of the assigned projects and their
    delivery schedule, including all aspects of people management, project oversight and
    delivery strategies, execution and risk management, using Salesforce.
    ● Keepagoodunderstanding of the target customers and their business strategies &
    requirements.
    ● Establish and maintain the sales processes, competency, KPIs, reports, training/coaching,
    leadership, recruitment, evaluation, other functional activities, and overall company strategy.
    ● Understand and develop knowledge of the IT iIndustry, especially on Google Cloud Platform.
    ● Coordinate with other functional heads to establish and implement the sales strategy and its
    operations.
    ● Thecandidate may well work with overseas business development teams of Cloud Ace to
    develop clients relationships.
    ● TheCompanysupports sales managers in their career development

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ● Capable of operating hunter type of sales activities, with 10+ years experience in the IT
    industry, with service sales approach (not just product out)
    ● Experience in working in the cloud market (GCP, AWS, Azure or such) required.
    ● Experience in working in cloud partners is preferred.
    ● Experience in selling and actively promoting IT solution to manufacturing, financial and retail
    industry preferred
    ● Experience in proposing deeply and retaining good relationships with management levels in
    a large/medium/small companies
    ● Experience in team management, and planning sales strategy.
    ● Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit.
    ● Ability to think logically and build a workflow with a sense of responsibility.
    ● Awillingness to actively absorb knowledge, and the ability to work carefully.
    ● Experience in new business development
    ● Experience in a management position in an organisation of five or more people (including
    training of team members).
    ● Business level English language capabilities
