  • Job Description

    • Completes Production Plan / Requirement
    • Close coordination with Cavite process Engineer for the improvement of current standard set to identify manpower requirements in achieving daily output from 350 units per day 1,000 units per day
    • Manpower Assignment Planning and Line Balancing
    • Revising schedule in accordance to priority models (with Planning confirmation)
    • Implements SOP (including company rules, regulation and safety) are followed
    • Monitors the performance of Production (Productivity, Quality, Availability)
    • Train and Qualify New Assemblers
    • Close coordination with other areas in the operation and discuss concerns that may affect the production plan.
    • Conduct root-cause analysis for qualify related issues reported by QC and after sales.
    • Report to agency with regards to manpower performance.
    • Presentation of monthly performance based on the target set (KPI) and provides analysis and corrective actions plan for unachieved target.
    • Submit yearly Executive Summary Report
    • Attend regular weekly operation meeting

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Graduate of Engineering Courses or related Supply Chain Management field.
    • Excellent in production planning and execution skills.
    • Has a good leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Has basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and with basic knowledge in SAP/SBO software.
    • At least minimum of 3 years work experience preferably in a manufacturing set-up
