    > Knowledge in System Planning. Study and plan IT resources needed in line with company
    direction and needs
    > Knowledge in IT Resource Provisioning. Acquire, setup and deploy IT resources as well as changes
    on the IT resource
    > Knowledge in Preventive Maintenance. Pro-active maintenance to prevent unavailability or
    failure on IT resource.
    > Corrective Maintenance. Post-active maintenance to solve problems and minimize stoppage on
    operation
    > Knowledge in installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, operating system
    and application.
    > Knowledge in monitoring and maintaining computer systems, network, printer and server.
    > Communicates with staff through a series of action set up the system or resolve the issue.
    > Knowledge in troubleshooting network and system including diagnosing and solving hardware
    and software faults.
    > Support the roll out of new application.
    > Manage PC set up and deployment to new employee.

    IT Knowledge:
    > Good knowledge, troubleshoot and handon skill in System server, storage hardware, Database, Software defined network, software defined storage, cloud orchestration and automation
    > Microsoft active-directory & AD integrated applications, Microsoft Exchange, Authentication Server,
    > Virtualization - Microsoft Hyper-V, Vmware
    > Virtualization - Microsoft Hyper-V, Vmware
    > Hyperconverged - Nutanix
    > Backup - Veritas & Veeam
    > Licenses and certificate activation
    > Cloud - O365, Azure and AWS, backup
    > Basic network and security features

    Administrative Support:
    > Microsoft Active Directory & AD integrated applications
    > Files access and quota
    > Backup task and policies
    > DR / BCP procedures
    > Azure / AWS / Office 365 cloud provisioning and maintainance
    > Infrastructure documentation
    > Monitoring and analysis

    Technical Support:
    > Call response and support within service level agreement
    > Incident / problem troubleshooting, fault clarification and isolation
    > Provide workaround and/or resolution
    > Communication and reporting
    > Security updates and patching
    > Firmware upgrade

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    > Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and other computer-related/equivalent courses
    > More than average knowledge and skills in server system design, maintenance, documentation, troubleshooting.
    > More than average knowledge in Microsoft Servers System (Linux System is a plus).
    > Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and urgency
    > Diligent in documentation, reporting and tasks tracking ability.
    > Possess analytical skills to be able to solve issues and ability to work independently and cope with pressure.
    > Time management, good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with customer friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
