  • Job Description

    > Gather technical requirements and manage the development of high to low-level designs,
    drawing plans, and shop drawings.
    > Design systems including structured cabling, power, and grounding cabling.
    > Supervise the installation works for AFCS components, including turnstiles, automatic gates,
    BMS, access control systems, structured cabling, fiber optic, network switches, and UPS.
    > Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders.
    > Work directly with customers and contractors on-site.
    > Supervise vendors and suppliers/principals for contracted scope of installation.
    > Ensure adherence to health and safety policies on-site.
    > Manage the completion of project documents, submission to customers, and project
    acceptance.
    > Support project engineers and project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing project
    tasks.
    > Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during installation and post-installation
    phases.
    > Design cabling systems and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
    > Report to the Project Engineer and/or Project Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    > Bachelor/College Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electronics and Communications
    Engineering (ECE).
    > Minimum of 3 years of strong work-related experience in AFCS, turnstiles, automatic gates, BMS,
    access control systems, structured cabling, fiber optic, network switches, UPS, or equivalent
    exposure.
    > Must have an active license in EE/ECE.
    > Holding a Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Certificate is a plus.
    > Clear understanding of setup and troubleshooting of various AFCS components (turnstiles,
    automatic gates, BMS, access control systems, structured cabling, fiber optic, network switches,
    UPS).
    > Experience in cabling design, including structured cabling systems, power, and grounding
    cabling, and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
    > Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed design drawings.
    > Strong business acumen with a keen interest in keeping up to date with current technologies.
    > Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    > Customer-oriented, with a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges.
    > Good verbal and written communication skills, with presentation and negotiation skills.
    > Computer literate.
