Job Description
- Provide technical support and assistance to the organization
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, software, and networking issues
- Ensure data security and resolve related issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Offer help desk support to end users
- Assist in the implementation of security policies and procedures
- Ensure data protection and maintain system integrity
Qualifications
Requirement
<MUST>
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support, help desk, or similar roles
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cavite
- Certifications: Any of this
CompTIA A+ (Foundational skills in IT).
CompTIA Network+ (Networking concepts, troubleshooting, and infrastructure).
CompTIA Security+ (Basic cybersecurity knowledge).
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (Networking basics).
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or other Microsoft certifications.English Level
