Job Description
1. HR Operations & ComplianceOversee and manage the daily functions of the HR department, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.2. Recruitment & OnboardingAssist in hiring and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and candidate evaluation.Supervise the onboarding process to ensure new employees are properly integrated into the company.Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs.3. Employee Relations & Performance ManagementServe as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.Support performance evaluation processes and assist managers in employee development plans.Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.4. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.Organize workshops, leadership training, and career growth opportunities.Support succession planning and talent development efforts.5. Payroll & Benefits AdministrationOversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payments.Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.Assist employees with HR-related inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and policies.6. HR Reporting & Policy ImplementationPrepare and present HR reports on staffing, turnover rates, and other key HR metrics.Recommend and implement improvements to HR policies and procedures.Assist in workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.
