• Job Description

  > Assist the Senior Manager in organizing and supervising work in the production department.
  
  > Plan, leads organize and control the day to day operation of the Department/Section.
  
  > Monitors and recommend changes in work methods/and or equipment usage to improve labor utilization, production efficiency and department expenses.
  
  > Conducts new hire and on-going training in production.
  
  > Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that standards for production, quality housekeeping and safety are met.
  
  > Follow written and verbal instructions, attend meetings and perform other tasks as directed Sr. Manager.
  
  > Ensure that schedules and objectives are met.
  
  > Performs other duties as required and reports to Factory Manager.
