    Generate QA related documents and procedures, shipment reports; handles and check Device History records. Oversee the status or progress of NCR, CAPA, Complaints, ISCAR and feedback. Participates in internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    >Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Engineering (ME, EE, ECE) course
    >Knowledge in NCR/CAPA/Complaints/Production or Manufacturing
    >Preferably with Engineering experience and background on failure analysis.
    >With management and supervisory skills for at least a year
