Position SummaryThe basis of Business Development & Business to Business sales officer is to make a profit for the company through Business Business Sales with customer satisfaction. In order to make a profit forthe company, the main job is to sell the company's products and services , provide information that clients are looking for, and conclude contracts. Also it needs to think about what kind of approach is efficient to increase profits and to take on theresponsibility of researching and creating plans for selling .In addition the officer may find new customers also be responsible for developing new products and identifying new markets. The officer conduct researches, potential partner or customer visits, and document business development activities. She/ he will manager assigned business development projects as either a project manageror an account manager. In short, this position is responsible for implementing all necessary measures to grow thebusiness, utilizing not only one’s own skills but also leveraging internal resources across departments and external networks• Sales activities • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas from Business Development & Business to Business sales officer.• includes Agent sales, Hospital/Doctor sales, and Governmental Sales, NGOs, Foundations, but not limited.• Agent Sales • Development of new Agents • Contracting with new Agents • Provide information including products to Agents, visit them regularly, hold a workshop and maintain good relationship with them• Handling of referred customers • Making good relationships with our stakeholders.• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.• Answering client questions/inquiries/concerns about products, credit terms, prices and availability.• Post-sale follow-up• Relation & follow-up job with patients in the Processing list and the Waiting list• Maintaining client/customer records.• Handling technology transfer projects, including conducting training and evaluation of the trainees.• Building relationships with trainees and managing and coordinating service staff.• Managing order processing, patient scheduling, and coordinating logistics for product delivery.• Quality control of products manufactured by technology transfer partner organizations.• Handling bidding procedures for government-related organizations.• Negotiating with government funds, foundations, and non-profit organizations to secure budgets for patients to purchase prosthetic limbs.• Reporting• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.• Preparing weekly and monthly reports to the management.• Attending and cooperating to weekly and monthly meetings.• Understanding and promoting company programs.Other assigned tasks in connection to Sales by the manager/employer
