    - Handling customers'/client's complaints or concerns
    - Maintaining positive relationships with clients and client's representatives, vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines
    - Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel
    - Staff management
    - Strategy and planning
    - Target setting/ Goal setting
    - Quality assurance
    - ensuring and maintaining the quality of service provided to the clients, identifying process weaknesses or team members weaknesses

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
    - 5+ years of experience in reservations management
    - Proven ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations
    - Expertise in reservation and booking software
    - Excellent communication and customer service skills
    - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    - A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    - A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
