    - Oversea overall production activities from planning to execution, ensuring compliance to QCDSME
    - Monitor KPIs and drive cross functional teams towards achievement of section goals.
    - Knowledgeable in streamlining and/or lean manufacturing
    - Promotes 5s and Kaizen culture, minimize operation losses
    - Creates section annual plan and budget, strategically plan future expansion and profit improvement

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Graduate of any Engineering course
    - Minimum of 3 years of experience as Manager
    - Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in Production
    - Must have knowledge on Manufacturing and Engineering principles
    - Posses a passion for excellence and teamwork
    - With good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
