  • Job Description

    ・Prepare process plans, time studies and prepare part quotes for new parts
    ・Directly supervise the day to day operations of the department.
    ・Supervise the installation and initial start up of engineering equipment.
    ・Conduct and document machine tool capacity studies
    ・Engage with other departments internally and external customers on improvement activities.
    ・Assign, train, develop and supervise the work of the engineering department.
    ・Modify processes to increase operational productivity.
    ・Plan and lead implementation of improvements after problems occur.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    ・Skilled in injection molding and able to provide technical guidance
    ・At least 2 years of experience in the same job role or injection molding process
    ・Candidate must be proactive and self-starter in taking on and completing tooling projects.

    <Better>
    ・Experience working in a Japanese industrialcompany
    ・Having knowledge of quality control
    ・Having license of Mechanical Engineer
