  • Job Description

    HR Functions (35%)
    1) Hiring of Employees:
    ・Source, select, and evaluate candidates to match job requirements.
    ・Utilize various advertising venues, job sites, and headhunters.
    ・Conduct testing and evaluation before endorsing candidates to the respective departments.

    2) Trainings and Developments:
    ・Provide necessary training to employees for career growth and opportunities.
    ・Organize seminars and training programs to improve productivity, expand knowledge, and promote future upgrades.

    3) Compensation and Benefits:
    ・Process payroll and other employee benefits accurately and on time.
    ・Manage employee loans (SSS, Pagibig, PhilHealth, etc.) and medical-related claims.

    4) Company Rules, Policies & Regulations:
    ・Ensure timely dissemination and implementation of company rules and policies.
    ・Investigate infractions and impose appropriate penalties as per regulations.

    5) Medical Assistance
    ・Coordinate with hospitals and insurance companies for employee hospitalization.
    ・Manage emergency medical needs and schedule annual physical exams and check-ups.
    ・Lead the safety committee and conduct health-related seminars for employees.

    GSD Functions (35%) <General Services Division>
    1) Purchasing of Office Supplies:
    ・Source and develop suppliers for office requirements.

    2) Premises and Asset Safety:
    ・Supervise security personnel to ensure asset protection.
    ・Schedule safety seminars and conduct fire and earthquake drills.

    3) Maintenance of Facilities and Company Properties:
    ・Supervise janitorial and mesenterial services for cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.
    ・Ensure proper functioning and insurance of company assets.

    4) Compliance with Government Regulations:
    ・Ensure timely submission of documents required by government authorities (DENR, LLDA, LGUs, etc.).

    5) Motorpool Operation:
    ・Monitor and manage the usage, assignment, and maintenance of company vehicles.

    Other Functions (10%)
    1)Retirement Plan Financial Statements:
    ・Prepare timely submissions of the Retirement Plan's financial statements.

    2) Review and Update Policies and Procedures:
    ・Collaborate with different departments to recommend changes to existing policies and procedures.

    3) Organizing Company Activities:
    ・Lead the preparation of company events such as planning sessions, sports fests, and outings.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1) A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2) At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
    3) Experience in General Services management (e.g., office supplies, facility management, safety protocols) is highly preferred.
    4) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of HR and General Services functions.
    5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
    6) Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
    7) Able to work independently and make sound decisions.
    8) Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    9) Familiarity with HRIS systems for payroll, benefits, and recruitment management.
    10) Proactive and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
    11) Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
    12) A high level of integrity and professionalism.
    13) Keen interest in employee development and company welfare.
