  <Performance & Reporting>
  ・Develop and present monthly inspection and audit performance reports.
  ・Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  
  <Training & Development>
  ・Provide guidance, training, and certifications to QA/QC staff.
  ・Implement new practices to maintain high-quality standards.
  
  <Auditing & Compliance>
  ・Conduct thorough audits and recommend alternative procedures for improvement.
  ・Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  
  <Leadership & Support>
  ・Supervise and direct QA/QC employees and production teams.
  ・Oversee corrective actions and preventive solutions.
  
  <Additional Duties>
  ・Handle responsibilities and functions assigned by management as needed.
