Job Description
Job description
The Assistant Supervisor for the QAQC Department is responsible for leading and
overseeing key quality control processes related to raw materials, audits, and sorting
activities. The position ensures the highest standards of material inspection, compliance
with internal and external audits, and efficient documentation management. The role also
involves supporting the implementation of environmental surveys and audits, providing
leadership for supplier-related quality control, and driving improvements in quality
assurance processes.
Raw Material Inspection, Evaluation, and Compliance
• Oversee the comprehensive inspection of incoming raw materials, ensuring that all
materials meet pre-defined quality standards before entering the production line.
This includes reviewing raw material samples, verifying chemical content, and
conducting physical inspections in accordance with company specifications and
industry standards.
• Lead the evaluation of raw materials intended for new model production. Assess
and verify whether new materials meet the required performance, safety, and
quality criteria before their approval for use in production. Ensure proper
documentation of evaluation results.
• Perform detailed analysis and review of raw materials' chemical composition,
ensuring they align with required safety, environmental, and performance
standards. Identify potential hazards or discrepancies in chemical contents and
work with suppliers to address any issues.
• Ensure all incoming materials are accurately documented, registered, and traced.
Oversee the registration process, ensuring that each material batch is logged
correctly and aligned with production requirements. Manage any discrepancies or
issues that arise during registration.
Audit and Compliance Support
• Lead and conduct internal audits within the QAQC department to ensure
compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory standards (ISO,
industry standards). Develop audit schedules, prepare reports, and ensure
corrective actions are implemented for non-conformance issues.
• Provide direct support during external audits by regulatory bodies or third-party
certification agencies. Coordinate the preparation of audit materials, assist in
gathering documentation, and facilitate access to production areas for auditors.
• Coordinate and support the auditing of suppliers to ensure they adhere to the
company’s quality control standards. Assist in developing audit schedules,
conducting on-site evaluations, and providing corrective action recommendations
to suppliers when necessary. Maintain a continuous supplier performance
monitoring system.
• Conduct and oversee environmental surveys to monitor workplace conditions,
including air quality, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations. Ensure
accurate and timely reporting of findings, working closely with the Environmental
Health and Safety (EHS) team to address any identified risks or non-compliance
issues.
Sorting Support and Documentation Management
• Supervise and support sorting activities within the QAQC department, ensuring that
materials are correctly classified, segregated, and inspected for defects before
production use. Develop processes to efficiently identify defective or non-
conforming materials and prevent them from being used in production.
• Manage the documentation process related to the issuance and registration of raw
materials, quality control certificates, and audit reports. Ensure that all required
paperwork is complete, accurate, and complies with company policies and
regulatory requirements. Maintain well-organized and accessible records.
• Work closely with the DCC to ensure all quality-related documents, including raw
material specifications, inspection results, and audit reports, are correctly issued,
registered, and maintained. Ensure that documents are easily retrievable for audits,
management reviews, and operational use.
• Support the pre-issuance sorting activities, ensuring that materials to be used in
production are properly inspected and cleared. Coordinate with production teams
to ensure that only compliant materials are issued, and ensure that sorting
processes are carried out without delays or errors.
Other Related Tasks

efficient operations.
• Assist with special projects or initiatives related to QAQC team as needed.
