  1. Blueprint Review and Design
  
  Blueprint Interpretation: Review component and product specifications based on CAD data and blueprints.
  Machining Plan Development: Create machining procedures based on product requirements and design specifications.
  Creation of Machining Data: Use CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software to create machining programs.
  
  2. Operation of Machining Equipment
  
  Machine Setup and Operation: Utilize press machines, laser cutting machines, punching machines, and bending machines to process metal sheets.
  NC Program Input: Configure numerical control (NC) programs to ensure precise machining.
  Prototype Production: Manufacture prototypes to verify conformance with design specifications.
  
  3. Management of Machining Processes
  
  Process Management: Monitor machining progress to ensure production is completed on schedule.
  Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  Troubleshooting: Address machine malfunctions and resolve machining errors effectively.
  
  4. Material Selection and Management
  
  Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials (e.g., steel, aluminum, stainless steel) based on product requirements.
  Inventory Management: Manage orders and inventory of sheet metal materials.
  
  5. Post-Machining Finishing
  
  Welding and Assembly: Perform welding and assembly of components as needed to produce finished products.
  Deburring and Polishing: Smooth surfaces and remove burrs from machined parts.
  Surface Treatment: Apply finishing processes such as painting, plating, or anodizing as required.
  
  6. Quality Control
  
  Product Inspection: Conduct measurements and inspections (e.g., dimensional and surface quality checks) to ensure conformance with design specifications.
  Traceability Maintenance: Record and investigate causes of defects to maintain traceability.
