    our company provides visa application and consular services for governments and embassies worldwide. With over 60 governments as clients and operations spanning almost 150 countries, we are a fast-growing global enterprise.

    Company Type: Small to Medium Enterprise (fewer than 300 employees) – Foreign-Owned
    Foreign Employee Ratio: A small number of foreign nationals are part of our operations.

    We are expanding rapidly and are looking for individuals to join us in Manila, Cebu, and Davao!

    Job Responsibilities:
    ・Establish and maintain strong business relationships with diplomats.
    ・Efficiently manage all daily operations at the visa application center (both administrative and operational).
    ・Conduct regular quality checks to ensure visa applications are accurate and complete, identifying any incorrect or missing information.
    ・Monitor errors and reduce error rates through effective tracking.
    ・Ensure adherence to contract processes, lead the team according to standard operating procedures and manuals.
    ・Uphold company principles, policies, and procedures and apply them to your role.
    ・Maintain high ethical standards, ensuring integrity and adherence to company procedures.
    Ensure all processes are completed within the designated turnaround time.
    ・Support both personal and team growth by conducting regular training on products and processes.
    ・Respond to staff, applicant, and customer inquiries and requests.
    ・Collaborate with internal support departments to resolve team-related queries.
    ・Ensure value-added services and targets are achieved.
    ・Improve the productivity and security (physical and personal data) of the visa application center.
    ・Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety policies, ensuring monthly activities are within acceptable limits.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    ・Mus be Japanese N1 or native level
    ・Business-level English proficiency (strong communication skills in an international environment)
    ・2+ years of experience in the tourism or service industry
    ・Strong hospitality spirit with a desire to meet customer needs

    【BETTER】
    Applicants without a university degree or under grad but with extensive practical experience are also encouraged to apply (we prioritize experience and enthusiasm)
