• Job Description

  1. Attends to employees seeking medical attention and conducts home visit in relation to sickness
  2. Facilitate SSS Sickness and Maternity /Paternity Benefits and ECC benefits
  3. Handles HMO concerns, Life Insurance coverage of the employees
  4. Facilitates referral to accredited hospitals for employees needing extensive medical management
  5. Organizes Annual Physical Examination
  6. Monitors, Inventory of supplies needed for company's medical Clinic
  7. Provide health teaching to workers to ensure safety standards are met ( Wellness Program)
  8. Ensure that new employees passed the pre-employment medical examination required by the company
  9. Maintain an orderly recording of the medical records of all employees
  10. Participates in Emergency Preparedness committee, First AID Team
  11. Performs other duties that maybe assigned by superiors from time to time.
