  We are a dynamic design and construction company specializing in delivering top-tier engineering solutions across various industries, including Civil, Structural, Electrical, Process, Piping, and Tankage systems. Our team works on large-scale projects in fuel reception, petrochemical plants, and infrastructure, providing high-quality, reliable engineering designs to meet the needs of our clients.
  
  We are currently seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with a strong background in electrical and instrumentation construction design who are ready to take on challenging and rewarding projects.
  
  <Project Management>
  ・Oversee and manage projects from estimation to delivery. Ensure coordination with internal teams, customers, manufacturers, and on-site personnel regarding Scope of Work (SOW), Description of Work (DOW), Description of Requirements (DOR), engineering schedules, and system setup as the lead engineer.
  ・Utilize Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Visio to create design documents, diagrams, and technical reports for electrical systems and instrumentation construction.
  
  <Skills Development>
  ・Plant Engineering Capabilities: Gain in-depth knowledge and experience in plant design and operation for large-scale projects.
  ・Team Management: Develop and refine team management abilities while leading cross-functional teams on projects.
