Job Description
<Duties and Responsibilities>1. Develops and implement plans, programs and policies of the team in order to contribute in achieving company and PE objectives and targets. Assists the section head in training needs analysis to develop subordinates and motivating them. Ensuring all personnel are properly trained. 8. Coordinates and provides assistance to all stakeholders during project activities (APQP/ PCN/ DCN)9. Monitors the progress and status of projects and kaizen activities within the team. 10. Recommends disciplinary action to be taken if situation requires. 11. Generates process change implementation plan and responsible for process change application form. 12. Conducts audits, spot checks and inspection on areas and activities in progress handled by the team. 13. Updates immediate superior in a timely manner on activities/ deviations that will affect overall line performance. 14. Observes and implements company policies and other related administrative functions. Promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them. 15. Responsible in making sure that all the functions of the team operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel. 16.
