    -Collaboration with QA/QC departments (defective product reduction & quality improvement)
    -Management of in-process inspection and pre-shipment inspection
    -Handling customer complaints and implementing quality improvement measures
    -Budget creation and management
    -Cost reduction through production efficiency improvement
    -Energy-saving measures
    -Training and guidance for workers and engineers
    -Shift management and labor management
    -Safety and health management (prevention of industrial accidents)
    -Kaizen (continuous improvement activities) for operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    -Experience in quality control or factory management
    ‐Possessing leadership and communication skills
    ‐Having experience in process improvement (LEAN, TPS, Kaizen)
    ‐Possessing knowledge of quality control (QA/QC)
    ‐Possessing knowledge of production management
    ‐Possessing knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
    ‐Always maintaining a strong drive for improvement
    ‐Able to provide accurate reports, communication, and consultation

    <BETTER>
    ‐Possessing knowledge of manufacturing management
    ‐Having basic knowledge of equipment and machinery
    ‐Having skills in cost management and cost control
    ‐Having knowledge of plating (metal coating)
    ‐Having knowledge of wire harnesses
    ‐Knowledgeable in automotive parts manufacturing
