• Job Description

  ✅ Regular Inspection & Cleaning
  　- Disassemble the mold and remove dirt and foreign substances
  　- Check for wear and damage on each component
  
  ✅ Replacement & Repair of Worn Parts
  　- Replace punches, dies, and slide components
  　- Polish or weld worn areas for repair
  
  ✅ Lubrication & Anti-Rust Treatment
  　- Apply grease to moving parts
  　- Perform rust prevention treatment for storage
  ✅ Investigation & Countermeasures for Molding Defects and Abnormalities
  　- Inspect the mold when defects such as burrs, sink marks, or cracks occur
  　- Measure molded products and check mold components
  
  ✅ Repair of Damaged Molds
  　- Repair or replace cracked or chipped components
  　- Restore using electrical discharge machining (EDM) or welding
  
  ✅ Emergency Response (Preventing Production Line Shutdowns)
  　- Perform repairs as quickly as possible to restore the production line
