  -Knowledge and Experience for Plastic Injection Molding
  1. Work experience more than 10 years at Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing Company
  2. Management experience more than 5 years of Plastic Injection Molding
  (Production has 100 machines and consists 180 employees)
  3. Operating and troubleshooting skill of Plastic Injection Machine
  4. Skill of Injection Parameter setting and Knowledge of Injection Molding Equipment
  5. Experience of Material Knowledge (POM, ABS, PP, PC+ABS, PC, PA, PBT, etc.)
  6. Improvement Skill of Actual Production (Output, C/T, Down time and Internal Defect Ratio)
  7. knowledge of Injection Production Planning and Performance Management
  8. Inventory experience from Incoming until Finish Good Parts
  9. Knowledge of Plastic Injection Mold
  10. Knowledge of Parts Engineering
  11. Basic Knowledge and experience of Quality Control / Quality Assurance of Plastic Injection Molding Parts
  12. Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001
  13. Experience of meeting with Customer and Supplier
