• Job Description

  The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the inspection and testing of toys to ensure they meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role involves supervising QC inspectors, implementing quality control procedures, and identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Assurance & Inspection:
  Supervise the inspection and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products.
  Ensure toys comply with safety standards (e.g., ASTM F963, EN71, CPSIA).
  Develop and implement quality control procedures and testing protocols.
  Investigate and resolve quality issues during production.
  2. Team Supervision & Training:
  Lead and train QC inspectors on quality control processes and standards.
  Monitor the performance of the QC team and provide feedback.
  Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality regulations.
  3. Process Improvement:
  Identify and recommend improvements in the manufacturing process to reduce defects.
  Work closely with production, design, and engineering teams to enhance product quality.
  Maintain documentation of quality checks, test results, and corrective actions.
  4. Compliance & Reporting:
  Ensure all quality control processes align with industry and government regulations.
  Prepare quality reports and analyze data to track performance trends.
  Address customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective measures.
