  Position Overview:
  We are looking for a talented and driven Technical Lead with expertise in Kotlin, Go, TypeScript, and Cloud Platforms to join our growing team in Cebu. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of Bill One, our cloud-based invoice management platform. As a Technical Lead, you will guide our engineering team, make key technical decisions, and drive product innovation. You will also have the chance to work closely with teams in Japan to improve existing features and develop new ones for our global users.

  ・Lead technical aspects of key projects and ensure high-quality delivery
  ・Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers, ensuring a strong code review and best practice implementation
  ・Develop and operate new product features, continually improving product quality
  ・Collaborate with business strategy teams to deliver value to users and drive product growth
  ・Make critical technical decisions on architecture, tools, and services to scale and optimize the platform
