    Position Overview:
    The Junior Supervisor – Engineering in Wire Harness Manufacturing is responsible
    for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards, and assisting in
    the development and improvement of wire harness systems. This role involves
    working closely with engineers, production teams and quality control to optimize
    efficiency and maintain compliance with industry standards.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Supervision:
    o Monitor daily manufacturing operations for wire harness process
    engineering.
    o Coordinate with the production team to resolve any issues affecting
    workflow.

    2. Process Improvement & Engineering Support:
    o Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes for wire
    harness assembly.
    o Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
    o Support engineering teams in prototype builds and process validations.
    3. Documentation & Reporting:
    o Maintain accurate engineering records, reports, and process
    instruction.
    o Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    and process documentation.
    o Report all issues to Junior Manager
    4. Team Coordination & Training:
    o Support training and mentoring of production workers on proper
    assembly techniques.
    o Ensure workers follow safety guidelines and company policies.
    o Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback for
    improvement.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Qualifications & Requirements:
     Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, ECE or Manufacturing
    Engineering.
     1–2 years of experience in wire harness manufacturing or a related industry.
     Knowledge of wire harness assembly processes, electrical schematics, and
    crimping techniques.
     Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
     Proficiency in MS Office
     Good communication and leadership skills.
     Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
    Preferred Skills:
     Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement
    methodologies.
     Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software for jig design
