  Job Responsibilities
  
  ・Oversee overall operations as an Assistant Plant Manager
  
  ・Manage and monitor the entire factory floor operations
  
  ・Analyze issues and provide necessary instructions for resolution
  
  ・Supervise and control the production process
  
  ・Monitor and improve the quality control system
  
  ・Ensure the implementation and maintenance of equipment and maintenance plans
  
  ・Manage factory safety and risk management
  
  ・Oversee inventory control and procurement monitoring
  
  ・Coordinate with key personnel (Mr. Sugaya and Mr. Omi) and manage local staff
  
  ・Supervise and guide Assistant Managers
