  - Recruitment: Assist in overseeing the hiring process, from screening to onboarding
  - Employee engagement: Helps in managing grievances, conflicts resolution, and disciplinary actions to achieve a harmonious workplace environment
  - Performance management: Assist in managing and tracking of employee performance
  - Compensation and benefits: Helps in uploading and applying for government benefits online, updating of status of applied benefits etc.
