• Job Description

  > Drafts, creates, edits and implements legal contracts, agreements and company policies.
  > Ensures that government compliances are up-to-date.
  > Reviews documents for accuracy, comprehensiveness and compliance regulations.
  > Represents the company in legal deals, negotiating, modifying and executing business deals.
  > Advises the internal stakeholders on transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and help in developing favorable terms for the company.
  > Advises stakeholders on risk and compliance matters
  > Protects the interest of the company by managing potential legal risks and violations.
  > Communicates with in-house and external legal counsel in preparing transaction legal documents when needed.
