Here’s what you’ll do:・Communication Bridge: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and our Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality service.・Sales Management: Handle customer inquiries, sales transactions, and build long-term relationships with clients.・Purchasing Support: Assist in coordinating purchases, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.・Business Reporting & Strategy: Prepare reports, monitor sales, and offer strategic business recommendations to improve performance.・Negotiation & Transaction Support: Support purchasing negotiations, product listings, and payment management.・Translation Support: Provide accurate Chinese-to-English and English-to-Chinese translations for business communication.・Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and purchasing teams to drive revenue growth and streamline operations.
