    We are looking for a Japanese-Speaking Admin Supervisor to oversee daily administrative operations, manage office staff, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.     <Responsibilities>
    ***Team Leadership & Office Management***
    ・Supervise and delegate tasks to administrative staff
    ・Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
    ・Maintain office supplies, equipment, and safety protocols

    ***Corporate Communications & Compliance***
    ・Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients
    ・Answer calls, direct correspondence, and manage company communications
    ・Supervise permits and licenses (e.g., PEZA, Business Permits, DOLE compliance)

    ***HR & Employee Support***
    ・Oversee new hire onboarding, orientation, and database management
    ・Supervise payroll processing (attendance, overtime, leave requests)
    ・Coordinate with HR for accurate compensation processing

    ***Travel & Event Coordination***
    ・Manage business travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, dinner reservations)
    ・Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate events (team buildings, holiday parties)
    ・Handle expense reports related to business trips

    ***Special Projects & Administrative Support***
    ・Lead special projects, including company audits and compliance checks
    ・Develop and maintain office policies, filing systems, and procedures
    ・Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    -Bachelor’s Degree in: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
    - At least N3 level or above in Japanese (Written & Verbal)- 3-5 years of experience in administration or office management
    - 1-2 years of supervisory experience (managing at least 3 subordinates)
    - Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
    - Ability to handle PEZA, Visa Processing, and Government Compliance
    - Excellent multi-tasking & time management skills

    <BETTER>
    + Experience in Travel & Leisure Agencies
    + Experience in BPO or Shared Services
    + CHRA/CHRP or any HR-related certification
    + Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
