    We are looking for an Assistant Admin/HR Manager (Japanese-speaking) who will oversee HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. You will help shape company policies, ensure legal compliance, and create a thriving work environment.

    【Responsibilities】
    <HR Management & Compliance>
    ・Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
    ・Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE, PEZA, and visa processing.
    ・Manage compensation and benefits programs to stay competitive in the industry.

    <Recruitment & Employee Relations>
    ・Oversee hiring, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
    ・Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
    ・Conduct performance evaluations and coaching for employee development.

    <Administrative & Operational Support>
    ・Maintain HR databases and accurate employee records.
    ・Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
    ・Implement health, safety, and emergency workplace procedures.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    ・Bachelor’s degree in: Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
    ・8-10 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a BPO or service-oriented industry.
    ・Proficiency in Japanese (at least JLPT N3) and English.
    ・Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
    ・Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    ・Proficiency in HR management systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suites.

    <BETTER>
    + CHRA/CHRP Certification or other HR-related credentials.
    + Experience in the Travel & Leisure industry.
    + Background in BPO / Shared Services.
