【Responsibilities】
As an HR Supervisor, you will oversee and manage key human resource functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work culture.
✔ Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage the end-to-end hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
✔ Employee Relations – Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive company culture.
✔ Performance Management – Develop and implement performance evaluation systems, set goals, and provide feedback.
✔ Compliance & HR Policies – Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
✔ Payroll & Compensation Support – Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate salary payments.
✔ Employee Benefits Administration – Manage health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
✔ HR Database & Records – Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
✔ Training & Development – Support employee growth through training programs and career development initiatives.
✔ Timekeeping & Agency Coordination – Monitor employee time records and liaise with external agencies for HR-related processes.

Qualifications
Requirement
<MUST>
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✓ 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
✓ Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and employee relations.
✓ Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
✓ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
✓ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ 5+ years of experience in an HR supervisory or managerial role.English Level
