  As a Marketing Specialist/Supervisor, you will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, increase sales, and engage customers.
  
  【RESPONSIBILITIES】
  *** Brand & Product Management ***
  ・ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  ・ Assist in developing new product concepts, packaging, and promotional materials.
  ・ Work closely with the sales and R&D teams to launch new products successfully.
  ・ Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
  
  *** Market Analysis & Strategy Execution ***
  ・ Analyze sales performance, customer insights, and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  ・ Develop creative marketing strategies to maximize brand reach and customer engagement.
  ・ Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  
  *** Digital & Social Media Marketing ***
  ・ Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  ・ Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing).
  ・ Optimize SEO and website performance to increase visibility and engagement.
  
  *** Traditional Marketing & Trade Promotions ***
  ・ Develop above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
  ・ Organize product launches, promotional events, and trade shows.
  ・ Collaborate with distributors and retail partners to execute in-store promotions.
  
  *** Project & Team Coordination (For Supervisor Level)***
  ・ Lead and mentor a small marketing team to achieve business goals.
  ・ Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for marketing projects.
