  > Negotiating with customers about project estimate and schedule.
  > Track project finances, timelines, deliverables.
  > Supervising and managing project deployments.
  > Manage project service delivery activities involving direct and subcontract resources.
  > Project planning, estimating and performing code reviews.
  > Writes functional and design specifications.
  > Designs, implement software solutions, and troubleshooting.
  > Estimates project scope and adheres to established guidelines and metrics for quality data.
  > Facilitate procurement of equipment and material.
  > Subject matter expert regarding all aspects of project management in general and within NEC Telecom Software Philippines in particular.
  > Mentors software engineers and acts as Manager.
  > Keeps pace with related emerging technology and trends and introduce new tools and techniques for software development.
  > Other duties as assigned.
