  • Job Description

    • Update and modify supply model to align future purchasing plan and supply with monthly demand
    • Issue purchase orders to each supplier for every part / product
    • Organize ocean or air shipment plans with suppliers
    • Manage documentation of incoming shipments and coordinate with import brokerage, Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates of Conformance, Sterilization Certificates.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Graduate of BS Business Administration or any business-related course
    • With at least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
    • Preferably with experience in procurement and purchasing activity of US Factory (PO issuance and delivery monitoring)
    • Capable of working in US time zone
    • Good organization and excellent communication skills
