    ・Support communication between local teams and Japan-based clients.
    ・Assist with customer inquiries, translating technical details and specifications.
    ・Provide interpretation for manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth communication between local teams and clients.
    ・Establish connections with new Japanese clients and contribute to expanding the business.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    ・Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N3 to N2
    ・Experience: Previous experience in a Japanese manufacturing environment is a plus
    ・Work Ethic: Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work well in a team

    <BETTER>
    + Industry Experience: Experience in the manufacturing or trading industry
    + Sales Interest: Willingness and potential to transition into a sales role in the future
    + Cultural Adaptability: Comfort working in a multi-cultural environment, especially with Japanese clients
