    Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.

    > Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.

    > Evaluate current safety protocols and measures in place.

    > Monitor incidents of workplace accidents, injuries, and illnesses.

    > Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documents related to safety and health

    > Conduct or assist in conducting safety orientation and training sessions for new employees or whenever necessary.

    > Promote awareness on safety and health measures among the workforces.

    > Participate in safety meetings and be a part of the company’s safety committee, if present.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    > Graduate of Civil Engineering with or without PRC License.
    > Supervising manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
    > Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
    > Analyzing all facets of production and recommendations for improvement.
    > Strong leadership and ability to make decisions under pressure.
    > Experienced as PCO or Safety Officer is advantage
